Dr. McKenna Godwin, OTD, OTR/L, CLT, is a dedicated occupational therapist specializing in lymphedema management, manual lymphatic drainage, and rehabilitation to support overall health, wellness, and function. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Arizona and her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Huntington University.
McKenna is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS) and has completed advanced training in lymphedema therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) through MD Anderson Cancer Center. She has extensive experience treating individuals with a wide range of oncology diagnoses as well as those experiencing lymphedema, swelling, and related conditions from non-oncologic causes.
With a strong foundation in occupational therapy, McKenna believes that successful treatment extends beyond symptom management. Her approach focuses on improving quality of life and helping individuals participate in and thrive within the meaningful occupations and activities that bring purpose, fulfillment, and independence to their daily lives. By combining evidence-based treatment with compassionate, individualized care, she develops personalized treatment plans that support healing, restore function, and empower patients to achieve their personal goals.
